1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the NeoClean Home Care website and any purchase of our home-care products. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

NeoClean Home Care is operated from 21, Bhitorgangapur Part-2, Jarailtola Bazar, Silchar, Cachar, Assam-788127, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are using the site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.

3. Products & descriptions

We sell household cleaning products such as liquid detergent, dishwash, floor cleaner, white phenyl, toilet cleaner and glass cleaner. Product images, sizes, scents and descriptions are provided for guidance. We take care to keep information accurate, but minor variations in colour, fragrance or packaging may occur.

• Always read the label and usage directions before use.
• Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not ingest cleaning products or mix them with other chemicals unless the label says it is safe.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order if a product is unavailable, a price is listed incorrectly, or we suspect unauthorised use. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment methods displayed at checkout are the only accepted methods.

5. Shipping & delivery

We currently offer delivery within India, subject to serviceability of your pincode. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier, weather or other events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the shipping details are complete and correct.

6. Account & website use

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use, or post unlawful or harmful material. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Intellectual property

All logos, product names, packaging designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to NeoClean Home Care or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or use them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

8. Disclaimer

Our products are intended for household cleaning when used as directed. Results depend on surface type, water quality and correct usage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeoClean Home Care is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for damage caused by misuse, mixing of chemicals, or failure to follow label instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where such limitation is not allowed by Indian law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the latest version came into effect. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Silchar, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
